There are paint jobs, and there are paint jobs! An excellent paint job will add value to your home and be a welcoming sight for you and your family on a daily basis for a decade. High-quality exterior paints cost more money, but they typically last longer and appear more vibrant. Rich colors usually come from paints that include more pigments (color), binders (wall adhesion), and solvents (spread-ability). Despite the higher upfront cost of premium paint, having to do fewer paint jobs will save you time and money in the long run. We use premium paints that are appropriately selected for the surface to be covered; for example, brick has to allow water vapor to pass through it to prevent mortar damage and cannot be covered with oil-based paint.
