5 Easy Steps to Remove the Wallpaper

If the wallpaper is covered with paint, then use chemical stripper to remove textured coatings. Wear protective gloves and goggles while doing this step. You can also use fabric softener to remove old wallpaper. To do this, stir one cap-full liquid softener into one liter water and sponge the mixture onto the wallpaper. Allow it to soak in for half-an hour and scrape the paper from the wall. If you have water resistant wallpaper, you can score it the wallpaper with a wire-bristle brush prior to treating with a fabric softener solution.

Use Steam Wallpaper Remover:

If your wallpaper is difficult to remove, you can consider using a steam wallpaper stripper. Steam wallpaper stripper will also be fine if your wall is covered with layers of old papers.
